Dual Agency only occurs with agents from the same Market Center
In transactions where an agents from both Keller Williams Realty (Danville) and Keller Williams Realty East Bay (WC), each represents one side of the same transaction, they are not to designates themselves as dual agents.
Keller Williams Realty (Danville) and Keller Williams Realty East Bay (WC) are separate corporations. They are individually designated as separate entities (companies) with the California Bureau of Real Estate (BRE).
Therefore, each agent shall be acting in a single agency capacity and confirm as such. For example, when a Keller Williams Realty East Bay (WC) agent represents the Seller, then Keller Williams Realty East Bay (WC) will confirm agency as “Seller exclusively.” If a Keller Williams Realty (Danville) agent represents the Buyer, then Keller Williams Realty (Danville) will confirm agency as “Buyer exclusively.”
