All Agents Should Develop a Vendor Support Team for their Business
Please develop relationships with the following individuals to assist you in providing the best customer service to your clients:
- Mortgage Brokers – In addition to your In-House Lender, have two or three other Lenders that you can call upon that may be the best-fit for your clients.
- Title Officers – Be on a first-name basis with several Title Officers. Ask them to provide you with:
- Cities that have a City Transfer Tax & amount
- Ways of Holding Title in California [Joint Tenancy, Community Property with Right of Survivorship, etc.]
- You may also need them to prepare a Power of Attorney for your clients.
- You may also need a document notarized.
- Staging Companies
- Insurance Companies
- Home Warranties Companies
- NHD [Natural Hazard Disclosure] Report Companies
- Inspection Companies
- Pest/Termite
- Home/Property
- Roof
- Chimney
- Pool
- Soils
