Close Out All Listings and Sales in Command

Please be sure to close out all Listings and Sales Transactions in Command.  If a listing expires or is cancelled or a sales transaction is cancelled, you must upload the proper documents into Command to maintain compliance.

  • Expired listings:  Upload an MLS profile sheet with “expired” status on it. The expiration date of the listing agreement (or extension document) and the MLS profile sheet must be the same.
  • Cancelled listings must have CAR form COL [Cancellation of Listing] uploaded along with an MLS profile sheet with “cancelled” status on it. The cancellation date of the listing agreement (or extension document) and the MLS profile sheet must be the same.
  • Cancelled Contracts must have CAR form CC [Cancellation of Contract, Release of Deposit and Cancellation of Escrow] uploaded to Command. Remember top section of the CC form cancels the contract; bottom section cancels the Escrow and deals with Disposition of Deposit. Both sections must be signed with appropriate boxes checked.
  • Once the proper documents are uploaded, Broker Review person will cancel the listing or transaction in Command.
