AAA [Additional Agent Acknowledgement]

AAA [Additional Agent Acknowledgement] is used when more than 1 Listing or Buyer’s Agent in the same KW Market Center is involved in a transaction.

Listing Agent(s)

1. If more than 1 Agent is involved representing the Seller as a Listing Agent, then use the AAA form.
   1. The AAA form states that if either of the Agents signs something, it represents the other Agent.
      1. Teams need to use the AAA.
      2. An Agent “covering” the business for another Agent, needs to use the AAA.

Buyer’s Agent(s)

1. If more than 1 agent is involved representing the Buyer as a Buyer’s Agent, then use the AAA form.
   1. The AAA form states that if either of the Agents signs something, it represents the other Agent.
      1. Teams need to use the AAA.
      2. An Agent “covering” the business for another Agent, needs to use the AAA.

NOTE: If an Agent goes on vacation, or out of town for an extended length of time, Agent shall work with another Agent in the office to “cover” the business while away and must complete the AAA form.

Co-Listing with another Broker – ABA [Additional Broker Addendum]

Any time this may become a possibility, the Agent will need to obtain prior approval from the Team Leader and special arrangements and documents will need to be completed in addition to the ABA form. Please contact the Contract Support Manager for assistance.
