How to Cancel a Listing

In order to cancel a Listing, you need to use the COL [Cancellation of Listing] form.

  1. Remember that you can put the names of potential Buyers that might still write an offer and then you will still be paid a commission.
  2. Be sure to have the Seller sign the COL.
  3. Listing Agent does not sign COL.
  4. Be sure to have your Team Leader sign the COL as Keller Williams is the Listing Broker.
