  1. Do NOT use an Addendum to modify terms on a Listing Agreement between Seller & Seller’s (Listing) Broker.
  2. Any change in the terms on a Listing Agreement needs to be done on the MT-LA [Modification of Terms – Listing Agreement] form.
    1. Change in Beginning or Ending Dates.
    2. Change in Listing Price.
    3. Change in Market Date (Also requires revised SELM).
    4. Change in Compensation.
