MT [Modification of Terms]

1. Do NOT use an Addendum to modify terms on a Listing agreement between Seller & Listing Broker.
2. Any change in the terms of a Listing Agreement needs to be done on the MT [Modification of Terms] form.
   1. Change in Beginning or Ending Dates.
   2. Change in Listing Price.
   3. Change in Market Date.
   4. Change in Commission.

Note that the MT may also be used to modify other agreements such as Buyer Representation Agreement, Credit from Agent to Client, etc.
