Listing & Buyer Sales Process Guidelines

A. Attached is a Doc Status Checklist that you can use for Listings & Sales Transactions.

  1. The Top left section is for Listing Documents.
  2. The Bottom left section is for Sales Documents.
  3. The Top right section is for Disclosures, HOA Documents & Minutes.
  4. The Bottom right section is for Preliminary Title Report, Reports, Home Warranty and Closing Documents.
  5. “S” = Seller; “B” = Buyer; “LA” = Seller’s Agent and “BA” = Buyer’s Agent.
  6. There is a place for Seller, Buyer, Escrow Officer, Title Company, Escrow #, Ratified Date, Closing Date and other significant Dates.
