Showing Agent Pool
If you are interested in being eligible for the Showing agent program either as a Showing agent or a Lead Agent utilizing a showing agent please contact your Team Leader. The specifics of the program are outlined below
Mentee/Showing Agent Program
The Purpose: To help busy agents with showing clients when they can’t do so, as well as give opportunity for new agents to learn from showing property, and also earn income while they are in mentoring program.
Showing Agent Criteria: New agents must have been in mentoring program for a minimum of 45 days. Must have attended 100% of all new agent required classes, must be meeting with their mentor and in Productivity coaching, and must presently participating in IGNITE. Must be up to date with all board and MLS & key dues.
Lead Agent Criteria: Must have a buyer broker agreement signed by buyer that is being shown property to by Showing Agent. Must put in writing to Showing Agent any pertinent information about the buyer to help them in answering questions. Must generate a referral agreement signed by all parties and Team Leader, before the contact information is shared.
Pay Structure: Showing agent to receive 10% of GCI for showing property. Any changes to this pay structure must be approved by all parties and Team Leader prior to writing a contract for said buyers.
Mentors, nor productivity coaches are paid on this referral fee. Referral fee is subject to KW split as per contract agent signed when they joined KW Walnut Creek. Questions about client, transaction, etc. are to be between Showing agent and Lead Agent.
Any Showing Agent in this program may be asked to be officially on the team of the Lead agent at any time however the Showing agent must complete the full mentoring program, and a team contract must be submitted to Team Leader.
Mentee’s that qualify as Showing Agents will be included on a list that is shared with Lead Agents. This will provide Lead Agents with their contact information.
Showing Agents that are not available at the time any Lead Agent attempts to contact them for a Showing opportunity accepts that Lead Agent may move to another Showing Agent for same opportunity. Therefore it is essential that Showing Agents that participate in this program are readily available.
It is understood that clients will ALWAYS remain the clients of the Lead Agent, and not the Showing Agent. Any attempt to sway a client to use Showing Agent instead of the Lead Agent, will result in Termination from Program.
