How large must our company name be on my sign‐non‐team?
The size of Company Name must be displayed so it can be prominently seen.
How large can my name be in relation to the Company Name?
It can be larger than the company name however not excessively.
What size may my internet site be in relation to the company name?
It depends on its verbiage and whether it could be misinterpreted as an entity. As a general rule‐smaller than the company name.
Do I need to use a DRE # on my signs?
Beginning January 1, 2018 Cal DRE #’s will need to be used. KW’s policy will be that our Company DRE # will be on all for sale signs. If your name is used, YOUR DRE # shall also be displayed.
What is the minimum size that the BRE# can be displayed?
DRE #’s should be equal to or larger than the smallest font line displayed on the sign. (It is suggested that use the phrase “Each Keller William’s Office is Independently Owned and Operated” be used in a small yet visible font size so it can be used as the measurement for Cal DRE #’s).

Must the KW in the Keller Williams Realty logo be used?
No, but it is the preferred choice by Keller Williams. If you use the name with or without using the KW symbol the KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY must be in the same approved fonts.
What requirements are different when using team name on signs?
The major difference is that the approved team name cannot be larger than the company name. The team font size shall be equivalent to or smaller than the brokerage name fonts. In using the KW KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY logo, the underline portion, KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY is the actual name of our Brokerage and therefore the maximum size the team name font that can be displayed in.
