How to Transfer a Listing to Keller Williams Realty
- When you join Keller Williams Realty, make sure that your license is now transferred and active with Keller Williams Realty. Confirm by looking up your license on the DRE website – https://secure.dre.ca.gov/elicensing/
- Review your former Broker’s policy for transferring listings.
- Use the CAR form TOL [Transfer of Listing] form so that the former Broker and the Seller can approve the listing transfer to Keller Williams Realty.
- If your former Broker requires a referral fee for transferring the listing, then execute a RFR [Referral Agreement].
- Transfer listing on MLS. Contact your local MLS Board in case they have their own transfer form.
- Upload all documents to Command when you submit your Listing for Broker Review.
- Look forward to a successful closing of your Listing transaction.
