Facebook Lead Generation
“How do you generate leads on Facebook?” Every year, that is the question. This year is even more critical as we, as users tend to tire with lack of results. Facebook IQ released it’s 2019 Topics and Trends Report broken into 7 main categories. The full report is in our FAQ Knowledgebase.
Across all seven categories, the main trends were “cultural current,” “sustainability,” and “health and wellness.” For example, “cultural currents” in the food category means cultural cuisines. That’s easy to interpret, but how you translate those trends into the real estate industry can make you stand out.
There are some great clues in this report… in Commerce, the new key words are “reduce, reuse and recycle.” Could they be drawn to “smart homes”? Hummm… Millennials vote with their wallet, as they look for and respond to brands that reflect their value. Now, see the correlation to Real Estate?
The one primary trend for 2019 is still active listening. Find 5 of your friends that are active on Facebook. See who their friends are that consistently respond to their posts, their SOI. Now make them your friends and get to know them. Growing your lists of influencers and interacting with them can get your brand noticed and keep top of mind.
