MetroList Listing Procedures
MetroList Listings Procedure:
- Normally, a Listing is to be put on MetroList within 2 days.
- If Listing is not to be put on Market at all during the listing period, use the MetroList Waiver Form. Do not use the MetroList Waiver form for any other exclusion because MetroList begins its DOM [days on market] count the day any waiver form is provided to them.
- If a Listing is to be temporarily held from going active in MetroList, please use the KW Seller 60 Day MLS Marketing Hold form to show Seller consent.
- This form is for internal use only – never to be sent to MetroList.
- The KW Seller 60 Day MLS Marketing Hold shows Seller consent that the home is not being marketed until the date stated on the document.
- Put the Listing on MetroList and choose the Future on Market option and your DOM will not begin until the date you change the status to active.
Steps to use when temporarily withholding all marketing on a listed property:
- Within 2 days of a fully executed listing agreement, upload the Listing into the MetroList system.
- Select the “Future on Market” option for current status.
- Obtain Seller and Broker signature on the KW Seller 60 Day MLS Marketing Hold
- Upload the KW Seller 60 Day MLS Marketing Hold to Command. Remember – DO NOT submit this form to MLS
- Be sure to change your status to active in MLS by the date specified or obtain another extension of time.
