Can I Do Property Management?

Property Management is  currently not allowed to be performed by Keller Williams Realty agents.  Our Errors & Omission Insurance does not cover this type of licensed real estate activity.  This company policy does not however prohibit KW agents from as acting as renting/leasing rental agents for our client’s rental properties.
