Procuring Cause-Who Earned the Commission?

Commission disputes arise between offices and if they are not resolved by the parties they may end up in an Arbitration Hearing at the local association.  When this issue is who is entitled to the commission this is called procuring cause.  When such a situation arises that you feel that someone has interfered with buyer/client the first step is to contact your contract/support manager before doing anything else.  Remember even though you may be entitled to a commission-the client comes first.
