What is the difference between PC and Mentor?

Productivity Coach:

This coach is responsible for helping you succeed and learn how to Find & Build your business.

They will:

  1. Help you create a business plan.
  2. Coach you for 1 hour on a weekly basis.  *Please check your calendar and add your coaching times.
  3. Train you on How to Find your business through key principles of Lead Generating.
  4. Train you around the “Millionaire Real Estate” models and systems.
  5. Drive you to make goals/ stay motivated to hit your goals.
  6. Will inspire you to be consistent, professional, how to use your calendar correctly.
  7. Hold you accountable and to those in your group of  peers to stay focused.
  8. Report your activities, and celebrate your successes in front of your peer group.

Mentor:

They will:

  1. Meet with you in person or by phone weekly.
  2. Go over the contracts when you have a offer to make for a Buyer and guide you with the contracts for your seller.
  3. Check in with you to make sure you complete all required training curriculum.  **See your welcome Booklet given at time of sign-up*
  4. Invite you to shadow at open houses, listing appointments as they become available, do Mock listing presentations and buyer presentations for Practice.
  5. Walk you through the process and answer any questions you have about how to navigate a transaction.
  6. Review ALL contracts, disclosures or other paperwork prior to meeting with clients and cooperating agents.  **Agents must have mentor look/review and approve all documents**  This is to ensure you have it correct and the mentor may have suggestions to make something better or provide feedback to support your success.
